Introduction

The TQC Top Adhesion Test Cutting Tool is a satisfying tool for removing excess glue and cutting through the coating around the spindle in preparation for the adhesion test of the spindle. Three strong magnets ensure a fixed positioning, allowing the drill bit to remove the coating around the spindle without exerting any force on the spindle. Manually removing the glue and cutting through the coating is a tough job for inspectors who need to perform multiple tests per day, which can cause wrist and arm pain. The TQC Spindle Adhesion Test Drill greatly simplifies the job and improves the accuracy of the peel adhesion test due to the good vertical cutting motion perpendicular to the metal downwards.

Features

1. Three powerful magnets fix the TQC Dolly drilling rig in the proper position

2. The vertically placed circular drill bit cuts the spindle from the substrate by an angled rotating mechanism

3. The TQC spindle cutter accurately cuts the angle to 90 degrees, which improves the accuracy

Meets standards

ASTM D4541
