Introduction

WST-02 airtightness Tester adopts the principle of negative pressure test, which is suitable for the airtightness test of flexible packaging parts in food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, electronic and other industries. Through the test, the sealing process and sealing performance of flexible packaging can be effectively compared and evaluated, and a scientific basis can be provided for determining relevant technical indicators. The sealing performance test of the test piece after drop and pressure test can also be carried out.

Test Principle

Using compressed air as the power source, the vacuum chamber is vacuumed by a vacuum generating device. Put the sample into the vacuum chamber and immerse it in the water surface; vacuumize the vacuum tank to make the sample immersed in water produce a pressure difference between the inside and outside. By observing the expansion of the sample or the gas overflow (bubbles) in the sample, you can Judge the sealing performance of the sample.
