WAPT-II aluminum foil pinhole Tester is a professional instrument for aluminum foil pinhole test designed according to the pinhole test scheme stipulated in GB/T 3198, GB/T 22638.2, YBB 00152002-2015 and relevant standards of Pharmacopoeia. Aluminum foil pinhole Tester is suitable for pinhole detection of aluminum foil for pharmaceutical and food packaging. The Detector uses the light transmittance of the sample pores to observe the number of pinholes under the specified environment and light box light source, and measures the size of the pores through a graduated microscope.

Test Principle

Spread the sample on the observation window, the illuminance inside the box is 1200-1500lx, when there are holes on the surface of the sample, the light in the box can pass through the holes, and the diameter of the holes can be measured by observing with a graduated microscope.
