Introduction

The instrument adopts microcomputer technology, which can easily set the range (rotor number and speed), digitally process the data detected by the sensor, and clearly display the rotor number, speed, and measured value set during measurement on the display screen. The viscosity value of the liquid and its full scale percentage value, etc.

NDJ-5S is equipped with 4 rotors (No. 1, 2, 3, 4) and 4 speeds (6, 12, 30, 60 r/min). The 16 combinations formed from this can measure the Viscosities of various liquids.

Viscometer NDJ can be widely used to measure the viscosity of various fluids such as oil, paint, medicine, food, paint, detergent, etc.

Principle

The instrument is driven by an imported Japanese synchronous motor through variable speed to rotate the rotor at a constant speed. When the rotor rotates in the liquid, the liquid will generate a viscous moment acting on the rotor, and the viscous moment will be larger; conversely, the smaller the viscosity of the liquid, the smaller the viscous moment. The viscous moment acting on the rotor is determined by The sensor detects it, and after computer processing, the viscosity of the measured liquid is obtained.
