Paper Burst Tester

HH-NP1600A Paper Burst Resistance Tester (also known as Burst Strength Tester) is mainly used for the burst strength test of paper, and can also be used for the burst strength test of various materials such as aluminum foil, copper foil, film, fiber, etc. It is designed with high-precision sensor and high-speed processing chip to ensure sampling accuracy. The instrument is designed in accordance with the international general Mullen test method, and its performance parameters and technical indicators meet the relevant national standards.

1. The instrument adopts microcomputer automatic measurement and control, simple and convenient operation, high precision, stable and reliable performance.

2. The instrument adopts NXP (Philips) high-performance ARM core processor and Cirrus Logic dual-channel 32-bit independent high-speed sampling chip to ensure accurate sampling and high-speed computing and processing, and effectively ensure the accuracy of the whole machine.

3. The instrument adopts 5.1-inch LCD screen display, Chinese menu operation interface, during the test: real-time display of test values, force value change curves and other information.

4. Automatic measurement of samples, automatic locking of the maximum peak, powerful data display and analysis management capabilities, 99 groups of data saving functions, shutdown or power-off data memory functions, query functions, printing functions, stroke protection, overload protection, automatic reset, fault alarm prompts, sensor nonlinear correction and other functions, effectively ensure the safety and simplicity of user operation and use.

5. It has the function of switching and converting between kPa (kilopascal), kgf/cm² (kilogram force) and lbf/in² (pound force).

6. The instrument is equipped with a high-speed micro printer, and the printed content includes: test time, test number, test data and test indicators specified in relevant standards.

7. Real-time clock, eliminating the tedious operation of manually entering the date or filling in the date manually before printing.
