1. Overview

ZB-HY3000 compressive strength Tester is a special instrument for determining the cyclic strength of paper (RCT), edge compression strength of corrugated cardboard (ECT), flat compressive strength of corrugated cardboard (FCT), adhesion strength of corrugated cardboard (PAT) and flat compressive strength of corrugated base paper (CMT). It is a high-precision compressive strength testing instrument with very high cost performance in CHINA.

The instrument is a mechatronics structure, which is carefully and reasonably designed by using modern mechanical design concept and microcomputer processing technology. The instrument adopts the upper pressure plate fixed type, and the measurement accuracy is high. It has a powerful data processing function, which can directly obtain the statistical results of various data, and can automatically reset, easy to operate, easy to adjust, and stable performance.

The instrument is equipped with the corresponding auxiliary equipment to perform the following tests (optional):

——Equipped with a ring pressure test center plate and a special ring pressure sampler to carry out cardboard ring compressive strength test (RCT)

- Equipped with edge pressure (bonding) specimen sampler and auxiliary guide block for corrugated cardboard edge pressure strength test (ECT)

- Equipped with a peel strength test rack for corrugated cardboard adhesion (peel) strength test (PAT)
