HH-TD500 stiffness Tester is an international standard general Taber stiffness Tester, the main technical parameters of the instrument in line with the relevant provisions of national standards and international standards. Stiffness is an indicator of the flexural strength of paper and cardboard, and the Tabor stiffness Tester is an instrument for measuring this index, and the Tabor stiffness is a static flexural strength index.
1. The instrument is designed according to the principle of static balance between torque and the center of the rotating shaft. The stiffness value of the specimen is obtained by measuring the force or moment required for the specimen to be bent at a given angle with one end clamped. The bending force of the specimen acts on a constant bending length.
2. The instrument is a special test device designed according to the two-point loading method and the principle of torque balance. The instrument is composed of a transmission part, a measuring part and a supporting installation base part.
3. The transmission part is driven by the motor to the angle plate through the intermediate transmission chain, and the angle plate rotates to drive the paper pusher to work.
4. The measuring part is composed of a force plate, an angle plate, a diamond-shaped pendulum, a paper clamp, a paper pusher and other parts. The motor drives the angle plate to rotate, and the paper pusher on the angle plate rotates with it, and the paper pusher round stick on the paper pusher is in contact with the specimen to push the specimen and bend. The specimen is clamped in the jaws of the paper clamp, and the paper clamp is installed on the diamond-shaped swinging body, the diamond-shaped pendulum body is also subjected to the moment action while the specimen is stressed under the rigid action of the specimen itself, the pendulum body is pushed and rotated under the action of the torque, and stops when the relative rotation angle between the pendulum body and the angle disc reaches 15 ° (or 7.5 °), and the system reaches the moment balance at this time. The zero line of the angle disc will indicate the torque value of the test sample, which is expressed in mN·m.
The measurement range of the instrument is (1~500) mN·m, and the whole measurement range is divided into seven gears, and the indexing value of the heavy thallium mass and strength disc of each gear is shown in the following table:
