Introduction

MODERNER KTQ-II adjustable Film Applicator is a Film Applicator that can adjust the thickness of the coating film. There are two differentiators above the adjustable Film Applicator. By adjusting the two differentiators of the Film Applicator, the up and down direction can be adjusted. Adjust the lower scraper to control the gap, which is the thickness of the final coating. The scraper gap is in units of 10 microns, and the coating range is from 0 to 3500 and 0 to 5000. Different adjustable Film Applicators have different dimensions and weights.

How to operate

1) Before using the adjustable Film Applicator, check whether it is adjusted to the "0" position. If it is not at the "0" position, adjust the adjustable Film Applicator to "0" on a parallel plate. When adjusting to "0", rotate The upper two differentiators make the bottom end of the scraper and the bottom surfaces of both sides of the plate on the same plane. At this time, the counts of the two differentiators should be the same, and the "0" scale on the upper end of the differentiator is aligned with the scale line on the lower end.

2) Rotate the differentiator and adjust the scraper to the required gap, that is, the required coating thickness. Then hold both sides of the plate with your hands and scrape the sample plate to prepare the required coating.

3) After using the Film Applicator, clean and dry the Film Applicator with appropriate solvent.

4) Adjust the scraper so that the spring is in a relaxed state to reduce spring fatigue. Place the adjustable Film Applicator in a wooden box to protect it from moisture.
