Paper tube flat Compressive Strength Tester

1. Overview

ZB-HY5000 paper tube flat Compressive Strength Tester is a special instrument for measuring the flat compressive strength of paper tube (outer diameter less than 200mm). This instrument can also be used to determine the annular compressive strength (RCT) of paper, the edge compressive strength of corrugated cardboard (ECT), the flat compressive strength of corrugated cardboard (FCT), the adhesion strength of corrugated cardboard (PAT), and the flat compressive strength of corrugated base paper (CMT). It is a high-precision compressive strength testing instrument with very high cost performance in CHINA.

The instrument is a mechatronics structure, which is carefully and reasonably designed by using modern mechanical design concept and microcomputer processing technology. The instrument adopts the upper pressure plate fixed type, and the measurement accuracy is high. It has a powerful data processing function, which can directly obtain the statistical results of various data, and can automatically reset, easy to operate, easy to adjust, and stable performance.
