Introduction:
This testing machine is mainly used to test the degree of decolorization of ink, and can test the adhesion of ink in various directions at the same time, so as to judge the degree of decolorization.
use:
It is suitable for testing the abrasion resistance of the printing ink layer of printed matter, the abrasion resistance of the photosensitive layer of the PS plate and the abrasion resistance of the surface coating of related products. Effectively analyze problems such as poor rub resistance of printed matter, ink layer falling off, low printing force of PS plate and poor coating hardness of other products.
This product is designed and manufactured according to GB7706 and complies with JISK5701 and ISO9000 related standards.
Principle:
The layer to be ground of the sample and the friction paper rub against each other at a specified speed under the action of the load friction body. The wear resistance of the ink layer or coating can be judged by measuring the decrease in density or the decrease in coating thickness before and after rubbing.
