




YN-TQD03 battery separator air permeability Tester is a combination of Gelley method, Shober method, Benteson method three test methods in one machine, suitable for battery separator, film, paper and other air permeability measurement, the instrument includes the following three air permeability measurement methods:
Shober method: Constant differential pressure of 1.00 kPa± 0.01 kPa or 2.50±0.01 kPa, select the appropriate test duration, and determine the air flow through the specimen by test volume.
Geller method: Determination of the time taken to pass through 100 ml of gas at a constant differential pressure of 1.23 kPa.
Benteson method: under a constant differential pressure of 1.47kPa, the air flow through the test surface is recorded after clamping for 5s.
