The structure is reasonable, the operation is convenient, and it is widely used in the test field of paper materials in colleges and universities, scientific research units, quality inspection departments, and paper printing and packaging production departments. It is suitable for measuring the Dirt Count on the surface of various paper and cardboard.
1. Sampling: Cut more than 4 250mm×250mm samples
2. Observation: Place one of the specimens on a rotatable table. Turn on the fluorescent lamp and inspect the specimen surface under the fluorescent lamp for visible dust. When observing, the visual distance of the eyes is kept at 250~300mm, and different areas of dust are circled with different markers; It is also possible to record the number of dust in the same area according to the size of different areas.
3. Comparison: Rotate the workbench 90°, after each rotation, use the standard Dirt Count picture to identify the size of the Dirt Count area on the sample, and also use the newly discovered Dirt Count to mark it according to different areas until it returns to the original position.
