Introduction

The RH-SL1000 computerized paper tear Tester is a basic instrument that uses the tear principle to test the tear of paper and cardboard according to the Elmendorf method. It is suitable for the determination of tear degree of all kinds of cardboard, and conforms to the standards of ISO1974, TAPPI414 and GB455.

1. High precision

The high-precision angle sensor is used to make the resolution reach 0.1mN, and the test accuracy error is within ±1%. The user of this instrument can use a tear meter with its own weights for indication verification.

The included weighing weights are easy to calibrate at any time, and the built-in pendulum friction compensation reduces the impact of friction on the test, resulting in more accurate and stable results.

The instrument is equipped with special calibration weights and a built-in calibration program, which is convenient for the metrology and calibration department (third party) to calibrate the instrument. During calibration, enter the calibration test program and screw the calibration weight into the calibration screw hole, and the indication error can be easily calibrated.
