Introduction 

Automatic Burst Strength Tester (Cardboard) NPD-3000 is suitable for the bursting strength test of various types of cardboard, and its performance parameters and technical indicators meet the requirements of GB/T6545 "Cardboard - Determination of Bursting Strength", ISO2759 "Cardboard - Determination of Bursting Resistance", GB1539 "Determination of Bursting Resistance of Cardboard" and other standards. NPD-3000 automatic burst Strength Tester adopts microcomputer control, liquid crystal display of the whole experimental process, test results are automatically printed, is a high-performance and portable burst strength testing instrument, is widely used in quality inspection centers, carton factories and other units.

Test principle

The specimen is clamped on the elastic adhesive film between the two chucks of the burst resistance meter, and the upper and lower chucks tightly clamp the surrounding of the specimen, so that the sample and the adhesive film are free to convex together, and when the hydraulic fluid is pumped in at a stable rate to make the adhesive film convex until the sample is broken, the maximum pressure applied is the burst strength of the sample.

Scope of application: The automatic burst resistance of corrugated cardboard is used for the burst strength test of various types of cardboard.
