Introduction
The Thickness Gauge CHY-U is suitable for accurate thickness measurement of hard and soft materials such as thin films, battery separators, solar cell silicon wafers, paper, and adhesive tapes. It is a fully automatic Thickness Gauge with accurate testing, which is widely used in quality inspection units, film manufacturers, photovoltaic factories and other units.
Test principle
The Thickness Gauge adopts the contact test principle, intercepts a certain size of sample, and the Thickness Gauge measuring head automatically lands on the specimen, relying on a fixed pressure and a fixed contact area to test the thickness value of the specimen.
