1.3 Product design and manufacturing to achieve professional technology, stable equipment performance, reliable use, simple operation, convenient maintenance, while considering the economy and implementability of the program.
1.4 Ensure the usability, reliability, professionalism and safety of process equipment;
1.5 Adopt mature and reliable new technologies to reduce energy consumption, save costs and improve quality;
1.6 The selection of accessories adopts the principle of combining domestic (CN) and foreign, domestic (CN) equipment is selected from domestic (CN) familiar manufacturers, and key equipment and electrical components are imported or joint venture products to ensure the professionalism, stability and normal service life of the equipment;
1.7 Electrical control is designed according to the requirements of process and equipment, in line with the relevant national electrical standards, reliable operation, and considering electrical protection and interlocking functions.
2. High performance & low energy consumption
Professional Air Supply Design:
The air duct of the built-in deflector fan volute is used to ensure that the air temperature field in the box is uniform and the temperature deviation is small;
Cooling:
The finned effective evaporator has strong frost resistance, small heat transfer temperature difference and fast cooling rate;
Low power consumption:
Compressor return air cooling circuit and energy regulation circuit, optional "cold end output" type, more effective energy saving.
3. High reliability
Refrigeration:
3.1.1 The use of French Taikang fully enclosed compressor, complete safety protection functions, high reliability;
3.1.2 The main refrigeration and vacuum accessories are products of international good brands;
3.1.3 Compressor suction pressure adjustment and protection to ensure the safety of the compressor under various Operating Conditions.
Control:
TH1800 "controller, 7 inches" color touch screen, equipped with electrical actuators based on Schneider in France and Fuji in Japan, the system is fully automatic control, and the operation reliability is high.
4. Simple operation
Simple operation: touch screen controller Chinese menu bar display, easy to operate;
Upper computer: optional remote monitoring computer, control system to achieve redundant control and remote monitoring;
The high-precision temperature sensor is adopted, which has high measurement accuracy and small drift.
Real-time display of compressor suction and discharge pressure, easy to access and maintenance;
The internal sound reduction of the unit and the bottom vibration damping design reduce the vibration and noise in the transmission.
The Test Chamber can be designed with test interfaces according to user requirements.
5. Complete functions
Complete test functions: high/low temperature constant temperature test, high-low temperature cycle test.
The host computer remote control, dry air purging (optional) and other functions are complete, which is convenient for users to choose according to the situation.
6. Easy maintenance
Self-diagnosis: The control system has a self-diagnosis function, when there is overtemperature, compressor overpressure, overload, fan overload and other faults, the controller displays the cause of the fault in Chinese and gives a detailed solution;
Maintenance: The water channel filter is installed in front of the condenser, which is convenient for regular cleaning and prevents the condenser from being dirty and blocked, resulting in a decrease in the cooling rate or even overpressure protection shutdown;
History: Temperature history and alarm records can be viewed on both the touch screen and the optional PC display.

The Test Chamber is composed of four parts: insulated box, refrigeration unit, air supply device, control and safety protection system, which adopts an integral design, and can be used after being installed in place and connected to the power supply on site.
1.1 Cabinet
The cabinet adopts an overall upper and lower structure, with the studio in the upper part and the lower part for the unit system.
The side wall of the Incubator equipment from the inside to the outside is: stainless steel inner wall - external stiffener - insulation material layer - decorative shell
1.2 Shell
High-grade hot and cold plate nano baking paint
1.3 Insulation layer
PU (polyurethane) foaming + ultra-fine centrifugal glass wool composite insulation layer with suitable high temperature resistance and thermal insulation effect, with a thickness of 100mm.
1.4 Inner wall
The inner wall of the box is made of 1.0mm SUS304/2B stainless steel plate, and all seams are continuously welded with TIG to ensure that there is no leakage after long-term testing.
The outer wall of the inner box is welded, and the main position is reinforced.
The inner wall bottom plate is designed with drainage holes to discharge the condensate in the box to the outside of the box.
1.5 box bottom
The channel steel at the bottom of the box is welded and formed, and the load-bearing ≥ is 100kg/m².
Cabinet layout
The upper part of the Test Chamber is directly in front of the box gate, and the rear of the box is the air conditioning air supply system.
Air conditioning and ventilation
Side air supply: The air conditioning box is at the back of the studio, and the circulating fan, heater, copper tube aluminum fin evaporator, humidifier, etc. are installed inside.
One set of 0.1HP stainless steel long shaft motor is installed on the top of the box, and the impeller of the stainless steel centrifugal fan is installed on the top of the air conditioning box, and the air is evenly supplied through the air outlet deflector fixed inside the volute to meet the requirements of temperature uniformity.

Single-opening hinged anti-collision door (left hinge, right handle), door opening size 1000W×1000H mm, rotary hinge to ensure that the door opening angle is not less than 120°;
The door hinges are equipped with reinforced hinges to ensure that they can be opened and closed freely.
An anti-frost electric heating belt is installed on the inner edge of the door, and the control system automatically turns on the heating and defrosting according to the temperature of the studio.
Observation window
A set of multi-layer laminated glass observation windows with a viewing area of 300×400 square meters are installed on the door, and the controller automatically turns on the observation window defogging function when the studio temperature is lower than the ambient temperature.
The observation window is composed of pressure-resistant tempered glass + multi-layer hollow electric anti-frost glass.
The electric anti-frost glass is the domestic (CN) advanced technology of conductive coated glass, the observation window has the advantages of high light transmittance, good thermal insulation effect, no resistance wire on the glass surface to affect the observation, when the studio temperature is lower than the ambient temperature, the system automatically opens the observation window defogging function, to ensure that under any Operating Conditions can be clearly observed.
illuminating
One set of 9W lighting fixtures is built into the observation window to ensure that the specimens in the chamber can be clearly observed under any Operating Conditions.
Test holes
1 Φ50mm test hole on the left side of the cabinet, located in the center (customer can specify)
Control cabinets
The control cabinet hanging box is installed at the rear of the box, and the distribution board and exhaust fan are installed inside, and the water and electricity control is isolated in the middle to ensure the safety of the test box.

2. Venue
There is appropriate space for use and maintenance around the equipment, as shown in the figure below:

The ground is flat, well ventilated, there is no strong vibration around the equipment, there is no strong electromagnetic field around the equipment, and there are no flammable, explosive, corrosive substances and dust around the equipment.
3. Power supply
AC380V±10%,50Hz±1Hz,;
The user needs to configure the equipment with an independent air or power switch of corresponding capacity in the equipment room of the installation site, and lead the power cord to the air switch of the box, and the lead hole of the power line is at the air switch in the power distribution cabinet of the box.
The grounding resistance is less than 4Ω, and the grounding bolt is behind the right of the box base.
4. Drainage
The drainage hole of the box is behind the left of the box base, and 3 meters of DN10 silicone tube is included.
