Applications
The digital display ORP meter is a high-precision instrument for measuring mV values in the laboratory. It has dual functions of MV temperature, standard ORP electrode and temperature electrode, fast response and good stability. The instrument is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research, agriculture, medicine, teaching, environmental protection and other units to measure the electrode potential (mV value) of aqueous solution.
operation method
1. Standard reagent configuration method:
Add 60ML distilled water to one package of standard reagents, fully dissolve and stir, and it can be used after 30 minutes.
2. Instrument Calibration
Switch to the calibration mode, wash the electrode with distilled water and dry it. Put in the calibration solution 256mV, stir to make it fully contact, after the reading is stable, press the confirm key, and the calibration is completed.
3. Instrument measurement
Switch to the measurement mode, put the electrode into the solution to be tested, stir to make it fully contact, after the reading is stable, press the confirmation key, and the value displayed on the screen is the correct reading of the solution to be tested.
Electrode use and precautions
1. Storage of ORP electrode: After the electrode is cleaned, put it into a saturated solution of KCL.
2. Cleaning of the ORP electrode: If the platinum head of the electrode is found to be dirty and the measured value in the standard solution of PH=4 exceeds the standard value, it should be cleaned.
