Yonglida MSBS visual color comparison box is a light source color comparison light box with four light sources: D65, TL84, F/A and UV .
Standard light source color matching light boxes are widely used in the field of color management in various industries such as textiles, plastics, paints, inks, printing and dyeing, printing, pigments, packaging, ceramics, leather, cosmetics and other industries. They are used to accurately proofread the color deviation of goods and improve product quality. and market competitiveness.
Especially on cloudy days and at night, it is particularly important to use a standard light source color light box to detect color deviations of goods.
D65: Use the artificial fluorescent lamp D65 recognized by the International Institute of Illuminating (CIE) as the basic lighting source. In addition to being used for color contrast, the D65 light source is also defined by most societies or groups in the world as the lighting source for gray scale comparison.
UV : Ultraviolet light source (Ultra: Violet llluminant) Since fluorescent and whitening dyes are commonly used in current industrial production, a good way to detect these effects is to use an ultraviolet light source, because ultraviolet light irradiates dyes. The substance of the fluorescent agent will produce obvious changes in brightness, which can be easily detected by the naked eye.
F/A : Filament Lighting is suitable for color management of underwear, bedroom supplies and other products instead of observing colors under light sources in homes or hotel rooms.
TL84 : Some customers require the use of this light source for color matching. European and Japanese merchants will require the use of Triphosphor Lamp P15 (TL84) light source.
The illumination range of the light source is 750 to 3200 Luxes.
When performing color matching work, background color and brightness are very important. Because color is a subjective feeling, comparing colors under different backgrounds will produce different results. Therefore, all background colors are specified as Neutral Grey, whose reflectivity needs to be less than one-third of the incident light.
Record the usage time of each light source separately (it is recommended to replace the light tube after 2,000 hours of use) to avoid detection errors caused by the aging of the light tube.
It has the function of testing the metamerism effect. The so-called metamerism effect means that under a certain light source, the color of the test sample is the same as the requirement, but under another light source, the color is different, so it cannot be accepted.
