With manual control of pressure holding, electronic pressure holding device, pressure digital display and other characteristics, high-strength acrylic sealing barrel is used to improve compressire strength and prolong service life.

Introduction

Negative pressure sealing instrument is suitable for the sealing test of flexible packaging parts and plastic bottles and cans in food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical and other industries. Through the test, the sealing process and sealing performance of flexible packaging can be effectively compared and evaluated, and a scientific basis can be provided for determining relevant technical requirements. It can also test the sealing performance of the test piece after dropping and pressure resistance.

Test principle: By vacuuming the vacuum chamber, the sample immersed in water produces a pressure difference between the inside and outside, and observing the escape of gas in the sample, so as to determine the sealing performance of the sample; by vacuumizing the vacuum chamber, the sample is Generate internal and external pressure difference, observe the expansion of the sample and the recovery of the shape of the sample after the vacuum is released, so as to determine the sealing performance of the sample.

5. PVC operation panel, pressure digital display, resolution accurate to 0.1kPa, convenient for users to accurately check the pressure value.

6. Built-in time display, the timer at the start of pressure holding is timed synchronously, which is convenient for users to record and observe the time of holding pressure, and the timer at the end of holding pressure is automatically cleared.
