Applications

Main Operation Guidelines

Select specimens from the same batch of specimens, no less than 10 groups of specimens, measure with 10 specimens attached to the film on the front and back sides, and express it as the arithmetic mean (kpa) of all measured values.

Use a standard cutter and a test piece cutting machine to cut the standard specification test piece required by your company (the sampling position must be the middle part without damage), the sampling size is greater than or equal to 70mm×70mm, or the entire sample can be tested directly.

Open the chuck of the sample, clamp the sample in the middle of the two sample chucks, then start the measuring instrument and gradually increase the pressure at a speed of (170±15)ml/min, when the hydraulic fluid is pumped in at a steady rate, Let the sample protrude freely together with the adhesive film until the sample breaks, and the maximum value of the applied hydraulic pressure is the bursting strength value of the test piece.

Burst resistance index X=P/g (burst resistance index should retain three significant figures);
