1. Stacking strength test function——It is used to determine the sample in the simulated packaging chamber to supplement the pressure to the preset pressure and maintain, throughout the test process, the testing machine repeatedly adjusts the pressure in this way to ensure that the pressure fluctuation does not exceed the specified range, until the specified stacking test time is reached. When the total deformation of the specimen under compression reaches 100mm, the testing machine will automatically terminate the test.
2. Fixed-distance and fixed-force test function——It is used to determine the limit compressive strength of high-grade special requirements specimens. The pressure plate on the testing machine moves downward at a set speed, pressurizes the sample after contacting the sample, and at the same time measures the pressure received by the sample, and measures the deformation of the sample from the pressure value reaching 220N. When the specimen result reaches a preset pressure distance or pressure, the value of the downforce and the amount of compressive deformation of the specimen are automatically recorded.
3. Compressive strength test function - used to determine the ultimate compressive strength of the sample. The pressure plate on the testing machine moves downward according to the set speed, pressurizes the sample after contacting the sample, and measures the pressure value of the sample at the same time, and measures the deformation of the sample from the pressure value reaches the preset value, and the testing machine will automatically record the peak pressure under the pressure and the compressive deformation of the sample after the sample is crushed.
