1. Stacking strength test function - used to test the sample in the simulated packaging warehouse to add pressure to the preset pressure and maintain it. During the whole test process, the testing machine repeatedly adjusts the pressure in this way to ensure that the pressure fluctuation does not exceed the specified range , until the specified stacking test time is reached. When the total deformation of the sample under compression reaches 100 mm, the testing machine automatically terminates the test.
2. Fixed distance and fixed force test function - used to determine the limit compressive strength of samples with high-grade special requirements. The upper platen of the testing machine moves downward at the set speed, exerts pressure on the sample after touching the sample, and measures the pressure value received by the sample at the same time, and measures the deformation of the sample when the pressure value reaches 220N. When the sample result reaches the preset pressing distance or pressure, the pressing force value and the compression deformation of the sample will be automatically recorded.
3. Compressive strength test function - used to determine the ultimate compressive strength of the sample. The upper platen of the testing machine moves downward at the set speed, exerts pressure on the sample after touching the sample, and measures the pressure value of the sample at the same time, and measures the deformation of the sample from the moment the pressure value reaches the preset value. After the sample is crushed, the testing machine will automatically record the peak pressure and the compression deformation of the sample.
