Double Dropping Tester

a brief introdction

This drop test bench is mainly used to simulate the impact of a drop impact on a package during transportation, loading and unloading, and to identify the impact strength of the package and the rationality of the packaging design.

Drop testing of toys, electronics, electrical appliances, communications, IT, furniture, gifts, ceramics, packaging and other products or components. It can be dropped naked (dropped without packaging) or packaged and finished products and outer packaging can be dropped together. It is equipped with a digital height indicator. And the decoder is used for height tracking, so that the product drop height can be accurately given, and the error from the preset drop height does not exceed 2% or 10mm. This is used to evaluate the impact strength of the product when it is dropped when being transported or the damage caused when it is dropped.

Using dual-core guide, the work is stable and reliable, and it can realize edge, surface and corner drops to meet GB/T4857.5-92, ISO2248-1972 (E).
