Introduction

ZY-DJ-23 type 23-liter Valley Freeness Tester (Valley Freeness Tester) is the international standard equipment of the papermaking laboratory, and it is the required equipment for the research of the pulping and papermaking process. , cutting, crushing, kneading, splitting, swelling and fiber thinning of various fiber slurries, and at the same time, the displacement and deformation of the cell wall of the fibers, the rupture of the primary wall and the outer layer of the primary wall. According to the pressure on the bottom knife and the beating time, the changes of pulp with different beating degrees can be obtained. The Wali Freeness Tester is widely used in the beating tests of various plant fibers, synthetic fibers, carbon fibers, and glass fibers. The machine meets the standard requirements of ISO 5264/I, TAPPI-T200 and GB7980-87 Pulps-laboratory beating-Valley Freeness Tester method. This model can change the heavy thallium pressure, beating time, and automatically control the beating time, so as to obtain different experimental results.

Principle: The pulp that has been measured and has a specified concentration is beaten between the flying knife and the bottom knife of the Valley Freeness Tester, and samples are taken at regular intervals during the beating process, and the freeness of the pulp is measured. 

Standard beating: Take 360 grams of dry pulp, soak it in 23 liters of water, tear it into small pieces of 25x25mm, pour it into the beating basin, and seed it every 15 minutes (sulfite pulp) or 20 minutes (kraft pulp). Pulp freeness is tested until it meets the requirements.
