Product Details:

DRK219B Automatic torque meter is suitable for bottle packaging container cap locking and opening torque value, which can meet the detection of their own products by bottle manufacturers, and can also meet the detection of container packaging caps by food and product enterprises. Whether the torque value is appropriate or not has a great impact on the intermediate transportation of the product and the final consumption. The instrument testing process is fully automated, which reduces the error of test results caused by manual operation.

Product Applications

It can be applied to the test of the torque value of the bottle cap locking and opening of bottled packaging products, nozzle packaging products and flexible packaging products, and is one of the key process parameters controlled by production and scientific research units for online or offline testing.

Test Method:

The sample bottle body is fixed on the bottom end clamping plate, the bottom end clamping plate can be automatically rotated by the motor, the height is adjusted through the sample, the bottle cap is fixed in the upper clamp, and the lower clamping chassis drives the bottle body to rotate automatically, causing the upper bottle cap clamp to test the torque value required for clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the bottle cap through the torque sensor.
