This series of ultra-high-precision constant temperature baths is developed to meet the high requirements for constant temperature precision in various departments such as measurement, electronics, chemical industry, environmental protection, medicine, energy, oil refining, metallurgy, light industry, military industry, etc., and research institutes. The temperature control of the integrated intelligent instrument is more accurate, and the unique design of the heatless centrifugal circulation pump makes the flow field and temperature field in the tank turbulent and highly uniform. At present, the performance E of the ultra-high-precision constant temperature bath is at the international advanced level, and its biggest highlight is: the resolution of the digital display is as high as 0.0001°C. Water and oil dual-use: room temperature to 100°C (water), room temperature to 200°C (oil), room temperature to 300°C (oil); 

Temperature control function: integrated new generation PID automatic temperature control program, built-in high-precision PT100 temperature sensor AAA grade. Equipped with a large bright LCD, Chinese and English bilingual display, digital display resolution: 0.0001 ℃, to ensure temperature stability.

Capacity range: 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L, and non-standard products can also be designed and produced in full accordance with user requirements.

Internal circulation function: Adopt a heatless centrifugal circulation pump to avoid the influence of the traditional water pump on the temperature field of the tank due to its own heat production. The internal circulation system is designed on the principle of porous U-shaped reflux circulation, which realizes the turbulence and high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the tank.

The body shell adopts anti-aging electrostatic spray technology, and the liner and table are made of high-quality S304 brushed stainless steel.

The fine workmanship of the front panel and table top of the chassis, coupled with the unique humanized R rounded corner design structure, can prevent operators from being injured by edges and corners inadvertently.
