The high-temperature circulator is a high-temperature heating source developed and designed by our company. It is suitable for jacketed reactors, high-temperature distillation for chemical pilot reactions, and semiconductor industries.

Features

Water and oil dual-purpose: it can be set arbitrarily in the temperature range from room temperature to 300C (medium pure water or methyl silicone oil);

External circulation function: the high temperature resistant centrifugal jet flow circulation pump can lead the constant temperature liquid in the tank to establish the first constant temperature field, and control the external experimental container of the machine, with a lift of 5 meters.

Temperature control function: Built-in a new generation of integrated PID automatic temperature control program, equipped with a large opening, high-brightness liquid opening, Chinese and English display, digital display resolution: 0.01~C, and the bowl guarantees that the equipment operates stably.

Capacity range: 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L, and non-standard products can also be designed and produced according to user requirements

Internal circulation function: Adopt a heatless centrifugal circulation pump to avoid the influence of the traditional water pump on the body temperature field of the tank due to its own heat generation. The internal circulation system is designed on the principle of porous U-shaped reflux circulation, which realizes the turbulence and high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the mast body.

The body shell adopts anti-aging electrostatic spray technology, and the liner and table are made of high-quality S304 brushed stainless steel.

The fine workmanship of the front panel and table top of the chassis, coupled with the unique human-like rounded corner design structure, can prevent operators from being injured by edges and corners inadvertently.

Functional accessories

An optional extended external PT100 temperature sensor can detect and control the temperature of the external system during external circulation in real time.

Optional built-in 1~30-stage temperature control program can be used for automatic program temperature control, and the real-time display of the set temperature time program operation status.

Optional RS232 or RS485 communication interface. Easy to connect to the host computer with ModbusRTU communication protocol.

The optional design and installation of a magnetic stirring system can directly carry out magnetic stirring on the night-state samples placed in the beakers in the working chamber of the constant temperature tank, without the need for an external vertical mixer, reducing redundant operations.

The built-in cooling coil in the tank can be selected to quickly cool down and control the exothermic reaction of the system.

An optional height-adjustable immersion loading platform can easily adjust the liquid level of the immersed sample.
