Instructions for use

1: Use at medium speed within the speed range, which can prolong the service life of the instrument.

2: The instrument should be placed on a firm workbench, and the environment should be kept clean and tidy, ventilated and dry, and water supply and drainage are convenient.

3: Before using the instrument, put the speed control knob at the minimum position and turn off the "power switch".

4: Install the culture test bottle: ①Because the silicone anti-collision strip is installed, the PE bottle is tight when put in and pulled out. Please shake it slowly from side to side to pull it out. Remember to pull it hard to damage the shock plate. ②Pay attention to even distribution. ③ Pay attention to seal the mouth of the test bottle to prevent condensed water droplets from dripping into the test bottle.

5: Pour tap water into the Water Tank, and the water level should be slightly higher than the inner liquid level of the culture test bottle.

6: Turn the timer knob to the "timing" or "normally open" position.

7: Connect the external power supply, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light will be on.

8: Temperature control

Turn on the thermostat switch, the upper row of the temperature control meter will display the speed, and the lower row will display the temperature. Press the "SET" key, the number on the lower digital tube starts to flash, and you can set the temperature control temperature at this time, press the "∧" or "∨" key to make the digital tube display the desired set temperature. Press the "SET" key again to return to the standard Operating Mode. At this time, the instrument is already heating, and the indicator light starts to flash. When the water temperature of the Water Tank has reached the set temperature, the indicator light stops flashing, and the automatic constant temperature starts.

9: Slowly adjust the speed control knob, the real-time speed is displayed on the upper row, and rise to the desired speed. In order to prolong the service life of the machine, it is recommended not to vibrate at high speed for a long time (use it at a medium speed within the speed range, which can prolong the service life of the instrument).

10: Before each shutdown, each switch is placed in a non-working state, and the timer is turned OFF.

11: It is forbidden to use the heater in the waterless state of the Water Tank. If the instrument is not used for a long time, the water in the Water Tank should be drained and the Water Tank should be wiped dry with a soft cloth.

maintenance

1: Proper use and attention to the maintenance of the instrument, so that it is in good working condition, can prolong the service life of the instrument.

2: During the continuous operation of the instrument, a regular inspection should be carried out every three months to check whether there are water droplets, dirt, etc. falling on the motor and control components. Check the water quality and cleanliness in the Water Tank, check the fuse, control components and fastening screws.

3: The bearing of the transmission part has been filled with a proper amount of grease before leaving the factory. During the continuous operation of the instrument, it should be filled with grease every six months. The filling amount accounts for about 1/3 of the bearing space.
