Introduction

ZW-A micro-oscillator is an oscillation tool specially developed and produced for hospitals, health and epidemic prevention, scientific research units and production departments for micro-serum and other purposes. Features ① Randomly equipped with 0.4ml×96-hole blood coagulation plate. ②Oscillation range from start to 3000r/min.

Instructions for use

The instrument should be placed on a solid workbench, the environment should be clean and tidy, the temperature should be moderate, and the ventilation should be good.

Before using the instrument, turn off the power switch, clean the plate wells and process samples.

Connect the external power supply, put the power switch in the "on" position, and the instrument will light up. Use the up and down keys on the left to select the Timer Setting (unit: minute), and the up and down keys on the right to select the oscillation frequency. After the setting is completed, press the RUN key on the top right to start, and the machine will slowly rise to the required speed. In order to ensure the long-term stable use of the instrument, the oscillation frequency should not exceed 3000 rpm for a long time. When the time is up, the buzzer prompts.

Before each shutdown, the power switch should be turned off to cut off the power supply.

Proper use and attention to the maintenance of the instrument to keep it in good working condition can prolong the service life of the instrument.

During the continuous operation of the instrument, a regular inspection should be carried out every three months to check whether there are water droplets, dirt, etc. falling on the motor and control components, control components and fastening screws.

After long-term use of the instrument, natural wear and tear is a normal phenomenon. After using the instrument for one year, if abnormal noise of the motor, wear of the bearing of the transmission part, failure of the electronic control component and other faults are found, the company will continue to provide good services and assist in handling them.
