Introduction

PN-BBTF spherical bursting strength Tester is a new type of paper spherical bursting strength Tester developed by our company in accordance with the national standard GB/T 24328.7.

Paper refers to paper products processed from low-weight, dry-crinkled and certain "wrinkle-free" base papers, such as toilet paper, kitchen towels, paper handkerchiefs, paper facial tissues, paper napkins, hand towels, and wipes. These products can be single or multi-layer laminated, the paper can be formed into one or several layers, and the products can be sheet or roll, folded or unfolded, embossed or unembossed, printed or unprinted . The common basis weight of single-layer paper is 10g/m2~50g/m2. Paper products are made from paper base paper and processed into products consumed by end users.

GB/T 20810-2018 "Paper (including base paper)" stipulates that the spherical bursting strength value (finished layer) is greater than or equal to 1.5N, and the spherical bursting resistance is measured according to GB/T 24328.7 and measured according to the finished layer.
