Introduction

The paper bowl compressive strength Tester is a testing instrument designed and developed by our company in accordance with the national standard GB/T 27591 to test the compressive strength performance of paper bowls, paper boxes, paper cups and other paper containers. It is mainly suitable for various types of industrial paper bowls, The detection of compressive strength and deformation of paper cups and other types of small containers is a satisfactory testing equipment for paper tube manufacturers, quality inspection agencies and other departments.

The national standard GB/T27591-2011 for paper bowls requires that paper bowls should meet the following compressive strength: for paper bowls with a volume of ≤500mL, the compressive strength is ≥300N; for paper bowls with a volume of ≥500mL, the compressive strength is ≥360N.

The instrument is carefully and reasonably designed using modern mechanical design concepts and microcomputer processing technology. The instrument adopts a movable upper platen and a fixed lower platen, and has high measurement accuracy. It has powerful data processing functions, which can directly obtain statistical results of various data, and has a pressure curve display function.

1. Adopt new module circuit design, with WIFI Internet of Things function. After being connected to the Internet, the test results can be saved to the cloud server, and can be queried and generated through the dedicated QMS quality management system;

2. Adopt stepper motor servo control, over-range prompt function, and protect the sensor;

3. It has statistical functions, displaying the average value, maximum value, minimum value, standard deviation and coefficient of variation;

4. Use 24-bit high-precision AD converter (resolution up to 1/10,000,000) and high-precision weighing sensor to ensure the speed and accuracy of instrument force value data collection;

5. Real-time display of pressure resistance and deformation curves; 

6. Can be connected to computer software for software control (control software is purchased separately).
