Introduction

PN-CT50KAF full box compression testing machine is an economical testing instrument designed by our company for compression and stacking experiments of corrugated cartons, honeycomb cartons and other packages. Its performance parameters and technical indicators comply with GB/T 4857.3, The regulations of GB/T 4857.4 and ISO 12048 ISO 2234 are mainly used for the compressive strength test of various small-sized corrugated cartons with a compressive strength less than 15kN or made of other materials, such as food and beverages, instant noodle packaging, cosmetic packaging, beer packaging, Grain and oil packaging, etc. Has three Operating Modes: 

1. Tensile test: measure the compressive strength and deformation of the box. The testing machine applies an initial load to the sample and takes this as the starting point of deformation, and then continues to apply pressure on the sample until the sample is crushed. Automatically record pressure and deformation.

2. Fixed value test: The overall performance of the box can be tested according to the set pressure and deformation.

3. Stacking test: simulates the stacking state of the warehouse, and can conduct stacking tests under different conditions. The upper pressure plate of the testing machine moves downward to pressurize the sample to the pre-determined pressure. It stops, starts timing and calculates the deformation of the sample. Under the influence of the compression deformation of the specimen, the force value continues to decrease. When the pressure drops to 2% of the set value, the system automatically pressurizes to the test load and maintains it until the specified stacking time is reached, and the test is terminated. When the specimen is compressed and reaches the set deformation amount, the test is automatically terminated.
