Equipment introduction

The working chamber of the laboratory single-stage pipeline emulsification pump is equipped with a set of rotors and stators. The rotors and stators can be configured in different configurations from single layer, two layers to six layers. When the motor rotates at high speed, the multi-layer rotor stator generates strong suction force and sucks the material in. In the working chamber, during the process of the material from the suction port to the discharge port, it undergoes multiple dispersion, shearing and emulsification of the multi-stage and multi-layer stator, and undergoes circulation, continuous dispersion, shearing and emulsification to obtain a stable High quality product. It is suitable for mixing, dispersing, dissolving and emulsifying liquids or materials with good mutual solubility.     

Principle

The laboratory single-stage emulsification pump adopts a horizontal structure; a set of rotors and stators are installed in a long and narrow working chamber, and the rotors and stators cooperate; the motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, and the rotor stator forms a vacuum, and the material is sucked into the rotor from the inlet of the Mixing Tank. In the stator cavity, the strong kinetic energy causes the rotor to generate a high linear speed, causing the material to fly out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and shearing between the rotor and the stator. Under the action of force, strong turbulent flow is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet and enters the Mixing Tank circulation, so that the immiscible solid phase, liquid phase, gas phase and other media are uniformly fine, dispersed and emulsified in an instant, so that the product reaches Stable high quality products.
