Introduction

The LS225+N1500 is a split aluminum-based coating Thickness Gauge consisting of the host LS225 and non-ferrous probe N1500. The instrument adopts the principle of vortex flu response, with ultra-high measurement accuracy and repeatability, and is equipped with a probe-type probe design, which is especially suitable for measuring ultra-thin coating and various small-sized workpieces and special-shaped materials.

It is mainly used for the anodizing layer on the surface of aluminum alloy profiles, aluminum plates, aluminum-plastic panels and various aluminum workpieces, as well as the thickness measurement of non-conductive coatings on non-ferrous metal substrates such as brass and copper.

Features

(1) The probe type probe design is especially suitable for measuring the coating thickness on small size and special-shaped materials.

(2) Using digital oscillation technology and high-speed ADC acquisition, it can measure ultra-thin coating layers below 10μm and ensure accurate and stable data.

(3) The digital probe is adopted, and the digital signal is processed on the probe, which is not easy to be disturbed by the external environment and ensures good data repeatability.

(4) It has an ultra-wide range of 0-1500μm, and the measurement unit μm and mil can be switched.

(5) The special hand pressure test rack can eliminate the error caused by human factors, and the data repeatability can reach 0.1μm

(6) Support zero adjustment and multi-point calibration to ensure more accurate data, equipped with special zero adjustment board and standard piece.

(7) It has the function of data statistics, and automatically counts the maximum, minimum, average value and variance value of the last 9 groups of data.
