Device overview

LSM-750A Basket Sand Mill is used for rapid dispersion of coatings, paints, inks and other chemical laboratories. This machine adopts AC frequency conversion motor, the knob speed is adjusted, the stirring speed is directly displayed, and the operation is convenient. Both the sanding basket and barrel have cooling interlayers, which is beneficial to control the grinding temperature and prevent overheating.

Use and maintenance

1. Select an appropriate dispersing disc (60mm outer diameter provided randomly) and screw it to the main shaft at the lower part of the sanding basket.

2. Load grinding beads from the upper part of the sanding basket.

3. Loosen the locking handle of the column, adjust the height of the mixing blade and the material barrel (can be positioned by the positioning ring), and then raise the sanding basket to place the material barrel.

4. Lower the sanding basket to an appropriate position, and tighten the column locking handle.

5. Confirm that there is no contact between the dispersing disc and the barrel, and then you can start the host.

6. When working, press the "RUN" button first, then slowly turn the speed control knob to adjust to the required speed

7. When shutting down, use the speed control knob to slow down first, and then press "STOP" to shut down, so as to avoid the material liquid splashing due to too fast increase in the next startup.

8. After use, please clean and maintain the equipment in time for subsequent use.

9. This machine is used in the testing process of chemical products. Before using it, users should establish appropriate safety and health protection measures and determine rules and regulations according to relevant safety regulations. Safety issues related to contact with chemical raw materials should be established by the user and are not within the scope of this manual.

Precautions

1. The speed of the spindle is controlled by the speed control knob (rotate clockwise for acceleration); please confirm that the speed is at a lower speed before starting the spindle rotation (to avoid the splash of the material liquid caused by too fast rise), and then use the speed control knob after starting Adjust the speed to the appropriate position.

2. It is advisable to lower the spindle speed properly before stopping the machine, and then press the stop button, so as to avoid flying liquid caused by too fast rise in the next startup.

3. The governor has been set before leaving the factory, please do not change it arbitrarily.

4. To take out the grinding beads, you need to remove the lower cover of the sanding basket. The sanding disc is installed with threads, and can also be unscrewed for cleaning.
