Introduction to the device

Pneumatic lifting and dispersing machine has the function of dispersion and stirring, which is a pilot product, which is widely used in small batch production in factories, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, etc.; the equipment has stepless speed regulation with frequency converter, which can run for a long time, and the operation is stable and the noise is small; the mixing disc is easy to disassemble; the lifting structure adopts the cylinder as the actuator, which is the satisfactory equipment for small batch production.

Operating Principle

Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion plate, the material is made to flow in a circular shape, and a strong vortex is generated, which descends to the bottom of the vortex in a spiral shape. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between the particles to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolution and uniform mixing. The cylinder work is realized through the valve rotation or solenoid valve jog control, and the cylinder lifting is used to drive the motor and the working head to lift.

[Application field]: It is suitable for the dispersion and mixing of product materials in biological, food, coatings, inks, adhesives, dyes, pesticides and other industries. 

[Applicable materials]: various slurries with material viscosity below 25000cps and solid content below 60%, such as latex paint, industrial paint, water-based ink, pesticides, adhesives and other more than 1,000 kinds of materials.

Applicable process

It is used for simple operation in multiple open containers, or can be made into a closed vacuum type, which can independently complete the process of mixing, dispersion, and reaction on different containers, and can do cleaning work during the interval of each batch of material processing. Batch capacity from 50 to 400 litres
