Introduction

MXF series hydraulic lifting twin-shaft disperser is suitable for mixing and dispersing two or more kinds of liquid and powdery materials. The double impeller can effectively reduce the follow-up phenomenon of the material and accelerate the dispersion effect and quality at the same time.

Scope of application

It is suitable for dispersion, stirring and mixing of product materials in biological, food, coating, ink, textile auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricating oils, pesticides and other industries.

Operating Principle

Through the high-speed operation of the two groups of dispersion discs, the material is in a circular flow, which produces a strong vortex and descends to the bottom of the vortex in a spiral shape. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between the particles to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolution and uniform mixing. The hydraulic plunger is driven to lift by the hydraulic pump to drive the entire transmission mechanism and working group to lift.

1. High dispersion efficiency

The speed of the equipment can reach 2930rpm (high power 1450rpm), and the linear speed is more than 20m/s, which can quickly disperse the powder evenly into the liquid material due to the high shear force, and the material is evenly dispersed and forms a good suspension effect.

The equipment is used as a lifting actuator through the oil cylinder, and the dispersing machine is controlled by a control valve to rise, stop and descend, which is simple to operate and has high stability; the dispersion disc is fixed with the hexagon bolt and the main shaft, which can be easily and quickly disassembled and replaced, and the cleaning is easy, and different dispersion dispersion discs can be replaced according to the process conditions to achieve a better dispersion effect; with different clamping methods (belt, hand crank, pneumatic), the mixing drum can be quickly fixed to prevent the displacement of the drum in the work and cause accidents.

3. Strong non-standard

Various types of non-standard products can be customized, such as explosion-proof type, airtight type, type with lifting cover, coaxial/biaxial composite type, multi-cylinder type, kettle type, etc., and the material can be customized according to requirements.
