Introduction to the device

MXF series hydraulic lifting vacuum closed disperser is a functional product developed on the basis of standard hydraulic lifting high-speed disperser, the equipment has a closed vacuum cover that is consistent with the pull cylinder, the vacuum cover flange inner milling groove and is equipped with a corrosion-resistant elastic sealing ring, which can ensure that the equipment has no leakage under a closed vacuum, can be equipped with a Vacuum Pump or pump set, the vacuum degree can reach -0.9mpa (20mbar), suitable for dispersion and stirring under special Operating Conditions such as "vacuum degassing, vacuum feeding, inert gas protection".

Operating Principle

Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion plate, the material is made to flow in a circular shape, and a strong vortex is generated, which descends to the bottom of the vortex in a spiral shape. Strong shear impact and friction between the particles to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolution, uniform mixing and emulsification, through the hydraulic pump work to drive the hydraulic plunger to lift, drive the whole transmission mechanism, working group, closed cover lifting; in the working state, the barrel cover and the pull cylinder to achieve sealing, matching the vacuum system, to achieve the effect of vacuum dispersion.

High dispersion efficiency

The speed of the equipment can reach 2930rpm (high power 1450rpm), and the linear speed is more than 20m/s, which can quickly and evenly disperse the powder into the liquid material due to the high shear force, and the material is evenly dispersed and forms a good suspension effect.

The equipment has a closed barrel lid that can be lifted randomly, which can be closed with the drum to achieve vacuum degree and avoid solvent volatilization, the barrel cover is equipped with sight glass and searchlight, which can observe the mixing status in real time, and the manhole with step can be used for equipment cleaning and feeding. 

Strong non-standard
