Introduction

MXF-D series Pilot-scale Testing small batch dispersion mixer is a new type of product designed according to the actual needs of production, mainly used for the pre-production experiment of various paints, coatings, pigments, plastics, food and other liquid slurries. Operating Principle

The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc makes the material flow in a circular shape, resulting in a strong vortex that descends to the bottom of the vortex in a spiral shape. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between the particles, so as to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolution, uniform mixing and stirring.
