Introduction to the device

Operating Principle

The stirring blade is driven by the power unit to rotate in a fixed direction, and in the process of rotation, the material is driven to rotate in the axial and radial directions. The material in the mixer has both axial motion and circular motion, so there are several mixing forms such as shear stirring and diffusion stirring at the same time. It can effectively stir and mix the materials quickly. Through high-speed operation, the dispersion disc makes the material flow in a circular shape, generating a strong vortex that descends to the bottom of the vortex in a spiral shape. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between the particles to achieve rapid dispersion and dissolution. Through circular movement, the stirring disc produces a good radial action, accelerates the material circulation, and improves the dispersion efficiency. Emulsifier/screw head processing technology, highly coordinated between rotor and stator. The powerful motor rotates at high speed to create a vacuum between the rotor and stator, and the material is sucked in from the upper and lower parts of the rotor and stator. The strong kinetic energy makes the rotor produce a high linear velocity, so that the material flies out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and shear between the rotor and stator gaps, and produces strong turbulence under the action of a variety of different directional forces. The material is repeatedly cycled under the appropriate amount of emulsifier and maturation process for a certain period of time to produce a stable emulsion.
