Introduction to the device

Pneumatic lifting basket mill is an economical wet dispersed grinding equipment developed for scientific research institutions and enterprises and institutions. The equipment can run for a long time, the speed is stable and the noise is low, and the two production processes of dispersion and grinding are completed at the same time, so as to effectively reduce the fineness of medium and low viscosity materials in a short time.

Operating Principle

The motor of the pneumatic lifting basket mill drives the lever and the bottom dispersion disc to rotate at high speed, so that the upper part of the dispersion disc and the inside of the basket cavity form a vacuum, and the slurry is sucked into the basket grinding cavity. The grinding medium in the paddle drive cavity produces force in all directions, and the particles in the material are constantly collided and rubbed by the medium, and the particle size becomes smaller, and the particle size range becomes narrower; the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc produces vortex to suck out the material in the cavity and circulate to the feed, which has a very significant dispersion and mixing effect, and realizes the cylinder work through the air valve rotation or solenoid valve jog control, and uses the cylinder lifting to drive the motor and the working head to lift.
