Introduction to the device

Operating Principle 

When the motor of the laboratory electric lifting basket sand mill is running, it drives the lever and the dispersion disc to rotate at high speed, so that negative pressure is generated in the grinding body, so as to promote the material to be forcibly sucked into the grinding cavity, and the high-density zirconia beads in the grinding cavity continue to collide and rub, and the particle size of the material becomes smaller and the fineness is reduced.

The grinding efficiency is high and the product fineness is good

The speed of the equipment can reach 3000rpm, the powerful arc impeller kinetic energy drive, and the zirconia lever make the grinding medium in the cavity move irregularly, collide and friction with each other at high speed, so that the particle size of the powder becomes smaller rapidly, the grinding fineness can generally reach less than 10um, and the liquid-liquid dispersion grinding can reach sub-micron or even nanometer level. The separating plate is CNC machined by the whole material, which is non-clogging and has a long life and reduces maintenance costs.

Easy to operate and easy to clean

The equipment comes with an energy-saving inverter, which can directly control the start and speed regulation of the equipment, and is equipped with manual or electric lifting device, which is economical and energy-saving, labor-saving and easy to operate, and can realize the relative sealing of the cylinder and the cover, and less solvent volatilization during the grinding process.

The temperature rise is small, and the product is stable

The ingredient barrel is equipped with a double-layer cooling jacket, the barrel is polished with mirror, beautiful and easy to clean, and it is cooled by water during the operation of the equipment, which has a good cooling effect, and the conventional temperature rise is less than 10º.

Strong non-standard

The lifting form of the equipment is electric lifting, non-standard customized explosion-proof type, and the material contact parts can be made of SS304 SS316L material; If there are high temperature, high pressure, flammable, explosive, corrosive and other Operating Conditions, detailed data must be provided and customized.
