QSM-2 laboratory grinding machine (grinding machine) is an economical wet dispersion grinding equipment developed for scientific research institutions and enterprises and institutions. The equipment can run for a long time, the speed is stable and the noise is low, and the fineness of the material can be effectively reduced in a short time.
【Material viscosity】:≤8000 cps(mPas)
[Applicable materials]: interior wall latex paint, industrial paint, wood paint, all kinds of color paste, water-based oil-based ink, pesticide suspension, etc.
The motor of QSM-2 laboratory sand mill (grinding machine) drives the stirrer parts, and the dial rotates at high speed and uses the grinding beads and the sample to rotate rapidly in the tank, and the high-density grinding beads in the tank constantly collide and rub, and the turning produces strong tension, shear and impact, so as to achieve the effect of grinding and dispersing the sample, so that the particle size of the material becomes smaller and the fineness is reduced.
The sand mill has a simple structure and easy operation, and consists of the following main parts:
1. Base 2, sanding tank 3, agitator parts 4, motor 5, motor base 6, column 7, handle 8, hand wheel
The machine uses a motor to drive the agitator parts, and rotates at a speed of 1400 rpm, the sand and materials in the tank for rapid rotation and turning, due to the strong tension and shear and impact between the sand particles and the materials, so that the material particles achieve the purpose of dispersion and grinding.
1. Use a 19# 30# sheet wrench to install the stirrer parts on the connecting sleeve (note: the agitator should be rotated in a clockwise direction).
2. Install the grinding jar on the base and fix it with T-bolts.
3. Put the weighed 500g-700g paint and 500g-700g sand particles into the grinding jar, lower the motor and rotor parts, cover the upper cover, pay attention to the engraved line on the main shaft of the stirrer as the parameter, make the stirring parts in the use position, and lock the handle.
4. According to the length of grinding time of the grinding coating, connect the water channel to make the cooling water smooth.
5. Turn on the switch, and the machine starts to disperse and grind.
6. At the end of dispersion grinding, turn off the motor, and use a scraper Fineness Meter to check whether the coating is qualified (if it is unqualified, continue to disperse and grind) and disperse and grind at the end.
7. Loosen the handle on the motor base to make the motor rise, and remove the 19# and 30# wrenches of the agitator parts.
8. Pour the paint and sand particles in the grinding jar into the filter and filter.
The agitator parts and the grinding tank filter should be cleaned after use of the instrument for the next use.
One filter (bring your own)
Do not bring other hard objects into the grinding jar when grinding.
