Introduction to the device

The hydraulic lifting high shear emulsifier can be applied to various containers, and can be made into a closed vacuum type, which can be used with other kettle equipment to realize the automatic production of the system. The particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed by mechanical external force, so that one phase is evenly distributed into another phase or more phases, so as to achieve the effect of refinement, homogenization and dispersion, so as to form a stable emulsion state. The working head is made of new two-way materials, stainless steel forgings, and the closed vacuum type adopts double-end mechanical seals with sealed self-lubricating system.

[Applicable materials]: solid and liquid, liquid and liquid mixed to form solution, colloid, suspension or emulsion can be used, such as juice, soup, dairy products, tissue homogenate, cosmetics, surfactants, asphalt, emulsifiers, oilfield chemicals and other more than 1,000 kinds of materials.

Applicable process

It is used for operation in multiple open containers, or can be made into a closed vacuum type, which can independently complete the process of mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, crushing, homogenizing, and reacting on different containers, and can do cleaning work in the interval of each batch of material processing. It is suitable for dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, crushing, polymerization, suspension and dissolution of materials.

The explosion-proof type has an external standard operation box, and the non-explosion-proof operation design is integrated with the electric control box.
