Operating Principle

The three-stage pipeline high-shear emulsifier adopts a horizontal structure. Three sets of rotor stators are installed in the narrow working chamber, and the rotor stator can be designed as a single-stage two-layer or single-stage six-layer mechanism, and the rotor stator is dually coupled and highly coordinated. The intermediate shaft is driven by the motor to run at high speed, the stator forms a vacuum, the material is sucked into the rotor stator cavity from the inlet, and the strong kinetic energy makes the rotor produce a relatively high linear velocity, so that the material flies out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and shear between the rotor and stator gaps, and under the action of a variety of different directional forces, a strong turbulence is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet. Multiple cycles are possible.
