working principle

The three-stage pipeline high-shear emulsifier adopts a horizontal structure. There are three sets of rotors and stators installed in the long and narrow working chamber. The rotors and stators can be designed as a single-stage two-layer or single-stage six-layer mechanism. The rotors and stators are dually coupled and highly coordinated. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, and the rotor and stator form a vacuum. The material is sucked into the rotor and stator cavity from the inlet. The strong kinetic energy causes the rotor to generate a relatively high linear speed, causing the material to undergo strong impact and crushing between the rotor and the stator. , centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, shearing and then flying out. Under the action of a variety of different directions of force, strong turbulence is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet. Multiple cycle operations are possible.
