The PGI Dimension combines ultra-high accuracy and versatile measurement with fully automated control.
Optical 3D PGI provides the necessary flexibility to measure near-vertical angles with little to no restriction from any aspheric design, allowing the measurement of a wide variety of optical components across different industries.
For form errors in most optical components such as molded, polished or single-point diamond turning, the system evaluates form errors and surface astigmatism and clearly visualizes them with a new, fully automated user interface and 3D output.

Shape measurement repeatability< 100 nm* (typical < 50 nm)
The edge measurement angle reaches 85 degrees
Measuring diameters over 200 mm (vector height <20 mm)
Fully automatic leveling
New adjustment mechanism for a wide range of components (including steep, flat or small pitch parts, etc.)
High output from fast 3D measurement & analysis
Fully automated measurement procedures
Fully automated analysis and output display
Aspheric analysis software
Analytical capability with unknown surface retrograde coefficient (AAU)
3D astigmatism analysis
