Introduction

YT4500 is a domestic (CN) coating Thickness Gauge manufactured by 3nh company, which can quickly and accurately non-destructively test the coating thickness applied to metal substrates. The instrument fully conforms to the magnetic method and eddy current test principle specified in ISO 2178, ISO 2360, GB/T 4956, GB/T 4957, ASTM B499 and other standards.

Application industry

Fe-based probes can detect the thickness of various non-magnetic coatings sprayed on various magnetic substrates (such as steel), such as paint layer, powder coating layer, porcelain coating layer, chrome coating layer, copper coating layer, zinc coating layer, etc.

NFe-based probes inspect all insulating coating thicknesses, such as paint, powder, porcelain, etc., applied to non-magnetic metal substrates (e.g., aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, etc.).

Features

a. It can quickly and accurately test the coating thickness of a variety of magnetic metal substrates (magnetic method) and non-magnetic metal substrates (eddy current method);

b. The probe and the host are separated, and the adaptability is stronger;

c. It can quickly and automatically identify ferrous substrates and non-ferrous substrates, and test with one click;

d. The instrument can be accurately calibrated by using two methods: single-point calibration and multi-point calibration;

e. Low power consumption is more power saving, low power alarm;

f. With backlit display, buzzer prompt;

g. High wear-resistant probe, not less than 800,000 measurements;

h. Multiple measurement modes: single point measurement, continuous measurement;

FAQ
QIs the price listed on the website the final cost for overseas purchases?
ANo, it isn't. This is the ex-factory price of the product in the Chinese Mainland. In addition to this price, buyers from different countries need to account for additional costs such as shipping fees, tariffs, and others. For specific regional quotes, please consult our customer service or fill out a quotation form.
QWhat is the specific process for purchasing the product?
AFirst, please click on the quotation form on the website and fill in detailed information. Our customer service personnel will then send you a quotation based on your specific country and region, confirming payment and delivery methods. Following this, we proceed with contract signing, payment, and shipment. You can then await delivery.
QWhat should I do if the instrument I purchase needs repair?
AAfter-sales repair for overseas instruments is an unavoidable issue. Our repair terms stipulate that the sender is responsible for the shipping and insurance costs incurred for the repair. Repairs within the warranty period are free, while repair costs beyond the warranty period are determined based on the actual situation.
