The Velcro Fatigue Tester is a part of the Velcro performance test. After a certain number of clutches and hooks, the shearing strength and peeling strength of the instrument are measured, and the actual use process is simulated to consider its durability.

Test Principle

Fix the loop surface and the hook surface of the hook and loop fastener to different roller surfaces respectively. During the test, the rollers rolled, and the hook and loop fasteners continued to be bonded and peeled off. After a certain number of times, it was removed for subsequent tests.

Counterweight

Used together with the driven wheel, the pressure is 5kg.

Driving wheel: The diameter is 160mm, driven by the motor to rotate, the speed is 60rpm, and the direction is reversed every 30s. The circle surface is fixed on the driving wheel.

Driven wheel: 162.5mm in diameter, driven by the driving wheel to rotate. The hook surface is fixed on the driven wheel.

Counter: set and display the number of exercise circles.

Buttons: including emergency stop button, start and pause button.
