Introduction

Qiwei JFS-550 high-speed frequency conversion dispersing machine is a dispersing machine integrating stirring, sanding and dispersing, which can meet the different experimental needs of the laboratory. Its motor power is 55W. JFS-550 high-speed frequency conversion dispersing machine adopts frequency conversion motor, which has the advantages of small size, low noise, no commutation interference, and no mechanical wear of carbon brushes. The numbers directly display the rotation speed of the rotating shaft, and it is equipped with a dispersing impeller and a sanding blade.

1. JFS-550 high-speed frequency conversion dispersing machine adopts a double-axis constant force lifting system, which is convenient for lifting.

2. Adopt a new type of frequency conversion motor, and implement stepless speed regulation for the motor through an intelligent frequency conversion controller. Using digital PID technology, the control precision is high, and the 4-digit digital tube directly displays the spindle speed.

3. The dispersing impeller and sanding disc of the dispersing machine are directly connected to the rotating shaft with screws.

4. The barrel is fixed by the left and right clamps. The barrel adopts a jacket structure, which can be processed by stainless steel through cooling water.

product installation

First install the two holders on the fixed frame respectively, with the plane of the clamping rod upward. Furthermore, the stainless steel barrel is fixed in the holder, and the hole of the barrel cover coincides with the motor shaft.

Use and Maintenance

1) When the JFS-550 high-speed frequency conversion dispersing machine is used, the selected sanding disc or dispersing impeller is fixed to the rotating shaft.

2) Rotate the motor locking bolt, adjust the height of the rotating shaft and the container, clamp the motor base and the container, put in the material and cover the container.

3) Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, wait for the initialization of the controller to complete, the four-digit digital tube will display 0.0, and then adjust the speed to the desired speed.

4) When the speed is greater than 4000r/min, it is not suitable to drive empty.

operation method

1. Plug in the power supply, the display on the meter is normal.

2. Turn the potentiometer knob of JFS-550 high-speed frequency conversion dispersing machine to the left to the end.

3. Press the "RUN" key on the panel, the motor is ready to run.

4. Adjust the potentiometer knob to the desired speed. (You can also press the "▲" or "▼" key until the desired speed.)

5. Press the "STOP" key, the motor stops running.
